The historic core of Krakow was built in the 13th century, long before cars existed, and most streets are narrow, paved with cobblestones or designated as pedestrian zones. Krakow was founded around 700 AD where the Wawel cliffs meet the Vistula. It became the capital of Poland in 1038 and the royal seat until 1596 when King Sigismund III Vasa moved the capital to Warsaw. Yes, both are included at no extra cost. When you book on WhatsApp let us know the name and address of your hotel (or apartment), we agree a pickup time and the cart waits for you at the entrance. After the tour the guide drops you off at the same hotel, a restaurant, Wawel, Schindler's Factory, the train station or any address you choose in the central districts. For hotels in the suburbs of Krakow (more than 5 km from the Old Town) we add a 30 PLN pickup fee.
